Removal of damaged engine blocks / crank shafts from the engine room without touching any other machinery out on deck and taking in the new crank shafts and the engine blocks with careful maneuvering at various deck levels into its position needs years of experience ensuring no damage to the new parts. Building of complete engine and ascertaining highest level of engine / alternator alignment is special feature we are known for. Carrying out engine trials and comparing the same with the original shop trial data and changes, if any, to achieve engine performance to the original rated output is carried out upon completion.
